Come visit the 11th annual Viera Wetlands Nature Festival on April 4th and 5th, 2020 from 10 AM to 4 PM, at the Ritch Grissom Memorial Wetlands, located at 3658 Charlie Corbeil Way, Viera, FL 32940.

This FREE community event is a highlight to the community and looked forward to each year!

The 11th Annual Viera Wetlands Nature Festival is proudly hosted by Brevard County Natural Resource Management Department and Utility Services. The event is a fundraiser, with eco-friendly and educational vendors, exhibits, classes and tours, to learn and explore the beautiful setting and highly visited site here in Viera. Scheduled tours and classes will be available during this 2-day event with professionals in photography, environmental education, staff from Brevard County’s Natural Resources Management Department and Viera Wetlands Rangers. Tours and classes will be offered with donations to support the maintenance of the site.

Returning to this year’s festival is the Flight of the Raptor exhibit sponsored by the Viera Community Institute and The Viera Company. This exhibit features birds of prey and attendees will have the opportunity to meet and photograph hawks, falcons and owls at the festival. It is a perfect time to come learn what makes these birds so vital to a healthy, functional ecosystem. A good time will be had by all!
