FrogWatch in the Hollows
October 3 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Hundred Acre Hollows welcomes you to join Alana Wood, Outdoor Program Coordinator for the Brevard Zoo for “FrogWatch in the Hollows” on October 3rd between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Come to enjoy and participate in a brief FrogWatch monitoring session after “Sunset in the Hollows.”
• What We’ll Do – Alana will be here closer to sunset, listening for amphibians. This is a great opportunity to practice your monitoring, listen for calls, and to ask Alana any questions in the field! Come and enjoy this activity even if you haven’t completed FrogWatch training.
• What to Bring – Drinking water, sunscreen, bug spray, cameras, hat and recommend wearing closed-toe shoes.
• Important to Know – There are no restroom facilities. The trails are primitive and may have holes, gopher tortoise burrows, and other obstacles, please be cautious. Please be mindful not to block resident driveways, mailboxes, and trashcans. Pets are not allowed.
Please observe social distancing. We have lots of space for you to get out and enjoy a beautiful evening.
