Bobcats are tan and brown and larger than a housecat. They have a short, “bobbed” tail which gives them their name. In suburban areas, Bobcats live and hunt in about a two-mile radius which they have in HAH along with the wetlands to the west and the Springs Preserve to the north. They are often seen in the neighborhoods surrounding HAH.
