Garden Restoration Day in the Hollows

March 16 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Here’s a great opportunity for individuals interested in gardening, students looking for Community Service hours supporting a local nonprofit, and naturalists able to help with invasive plant management and trail maintenance. You can spend as much time as you like, from fifteen minutes to two hours.

**What We’ll Do** – Weed the gardens, cut back vines, dig out small Brazilian Pepper trees, cut branches away from the trails, or do trail improvements. We need volunteers to help maintain this beautiful green space. We are always looking for people to help with maintaining the beauty of our gardens and property. Let us know how you would like to help.

**What to Bring** – Work gloves, loppers, shovel, and/or saw. Recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, long sleeve shirts, long pants, and a hat. Also, bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray.

**Important to Know** – **We now have restroom facilities (Porta-potty).** The trails are primitive and may have holes, gopher tortoise burrows, and other obstacles, please be cautious. Pets are not allowed.

You can also spend some time enjoying nature and watching the wildlife. We have lots of space for you to get out and enjoy a beautiful walk.
